Account & Data Deletion

Make a request

Email info@restomodevents.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject and state whether you want access, correction, a portable copy, account closure, or deletion. Send the request from the account email when possible. This page does not send the email for you.

Verification and response

We will verify your identity and, for an organizer or rights-holder request, may verify your authority over the listing or content. We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny all or part of a request, we will explain why when required and describe any applicable appeal process.

What deletion means

Approved account deletion removes or de-identifies account profile and private personal information that we no longer need. Device-only Saved Events and drafts must be cleared in your browser. Public event facts may remain as an archive, directory record, or independently sourced public information. Submit a separate correction, removal, or copyright request if public listing content is inaccurate or infringes rights.

Information we may retain

Ascent Information Management may retain limited account acceptances, rights attestations, moderation and complaint history, security records, backups pending rotation, and information necessary for law, fraud prevention, enforcement, free expression, or legal claims. Where practical, we separate or de-identify those records from the closed account. Closing an account does not revoke licenses already needed for a lawfully retained public listing or legal record.
