Copyright Policy
Effective date: September 9, 2026
RestoMod Events respects intellectual-property rights. A flyer, photograph, logo, illustration, or written description being publicly visible does not by itself mean it is free to copy or that the uploader has permission to republish it. Event facts such as a name, date, time, and place may not be protected by copyright, but the creative way those facts are expressed or designed may be protected.
Some listing facts and event flyers may be collected from publicly available sources. An event owner or authorized representative can Browse Events and use Claim this event on an eligible unclaimed imported listing, Report a listing, Correct a listing, the Copyright Policy removal process on this page, or email info@restomodevents.com to request correction, replacement, or removal.
Before submitting content
Submit only content you created, content you are authorized to use, or content you have a lawful basis to provide. The submission checkbox is a legal representation and license, not a substitute for permission. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or request evidence of authority.
Launch listings retain and display their source/original flyers as primary card and detail media. An authorized organizer may keep that flyer, upload an authorized replacement, or use Flyer Studio, which ships with five templates and five supplied starter vehicles. Organizer-provided or organizer-created media replaces the current flyer only after the authorized replacement is validated and saved.
Copyright infringement notification
RestoMod Events has not registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. This is a voluntary notice-and-takedown process, and we do not claim safe harbor under 17 U.S.C. § 512. This voluntary process mirrors elements of the statutory notice and counter-notification form, but it does not create or promise statutory safe-harbor treatment or a mandatory restoration right.
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a written notice to info@restomodevents.com. To help us act promptly, include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works;
- the exact RestoMod Events URL and enough information to locate the material claimed to infringe;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We may forward the notice, including contact information, to the person who submitted the material. We may remove or disable access while reviewing a substantially complete notice.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number; and
- your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and to accept service of process from the original complaining party or its agent, as required by applicable law.
If legally appropriate, we may restore material after forwarding a valid counter-notification unless the complaining party timely notifies us that it filed a court action seeking to restrain the challenged activity.
Repeat infringers and other rights
In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We may also act on trademark, privacy, publicity, impersonation, or other rights complaints submitted through Report a listing. Do not knowingly make a false infringement or counter-notification; misrepresentations can create liability.
