Friday: Meet & Greet at the Best Western begins at 5:30; hotel check-in upon arrival. Saturday: Gather at the Holiday Inn and be ready to leave at 8:00 with a police escort to downtown. Vehicle check-in and setup: 8:15–9:00 on the courthouse square; registration packages are provided at the registration table. Judging commences between 9:00 and 10:00. Hospitality Room: 9:00–15:00 in the City Council Chambers, with refreshments and raffle items. The show ends at 15:00; raffle winners are announced at that time. Cruise through the Glen Rose countryside begins at 15:30, lasts approximately one hour, and is led by Keith and Elizabeth Sauls. Dinner and awards are at The Lane Building, 300 NE Barnard Street, catered by Babe’s Chicken. Sunday: Breakfast, goodbyes, and departure. Holiday Inn Express & Suites is one of the two host hotels; complimentary breakfast is included, pets are not allowed, trailer parking is unavailable, and the NTOC rate is $130.00.
