All events start/depart from The Inn of the Hills Hotel & Conference Center. Friday, Sept. 11: Twisted Sisters Tour with lunch, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; guided tour to wine tasting and lunch at Fiesta Winery at Arch Ray, departing at 10:00 a.m.; Friday Gimmick Rally, 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; pre-drive of the Saturday main route available anytime. Friday registration opens 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. in the Inn of the Hills Hotel Lobby; registration may open earlier if staff is available. Registration is required; walk-ins are not permitted. Registration fees and additional event options must be paid in advance. Registration includes a goodie bag and Boxstoberfest t-shirt; registration by August 20, 2026 is required to guarantee the shirt. Saturday breakfast restaurant opens to the public at 7:00 a.m.; complimentary breakfast is provided for hotel guests, while other participants may eat at their own expense. Saturday morning check-in is at 8:00 a.m. in the Inn of the Hills Lobby. Mandatory drivers meeting is at 9:45 a.m. in the North Side Parking Lot. Saturday drives begin at 10:00 a.m.: Main Boxstoberfest Drive, Scenic Drive, and Gimmick Rally. Main Boxstoberfest Drive is a 220+ mile guided drive with a group lunch, limited to preregistration; passing is not allowed. Participants are expected to return approximately between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Scenic Drive is a self-drive route with a map and flexible completion time. Saturday hotel bar opens at 4:00 p.m.; food service for non-banquet attendees starts at 6:00 p.m. Saturday banquet at the Inn of the Hills is 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., with a cash bar, Gimmick Rally awards, and door prizes. Sunday, Sept. 13: casual breakfast gathering before departure. Route maps are available for download from club registration, with printed copies provided at the event. Hotel bar is open during Friday registration for socializing and drinks.
